Finiper Real Estate — multiple properties, one passion
Finiper Group holds full ownership of the Piazza Portello shopping centre near central Milan, and entirely owns Tea S.p.A., which manages the IL CENTRO shopping mall in Arese, one of Europe's largest, with more than 18 million visitors a year. Additionally, the Group owns 600,000 square metres of land in the Arese area, the former Alfa Romeo site. The administrative process for urban development is underway, including the Gardella building, a 30,000 square metre former Alfa Romeo headquarters site, now an emblem of urban regeneration.
Additionally, the Finiper Canova Group owns a 50% stake in various companies that manage and own other shopping centres, such as Galleria Verde S.r.l. for the Fiordaliso shopping centre in Rozzano (MI), Clivia S.p.A. for the Il Leone shopping centre in Lonato (BS) and Le Corti Venete in Verona, and 50% of Destriero S.p.A. for the Galleria in Vittuone (MI). Professional shopping centre operators hold the remaining 50% of these companies: Eurocommercial Properties for Rozzano and Klépierre Group for the other locations.

LOGISTICS PLATFORMS
Alongside Finiper Group's services, strategic activities for business growth include the management of logistics platforms for supplying raw materials, groceries (dry and fresh), frozen, and non-food items, such as the CEDI centres in Casirate, Cornaredo, and Liscate (Ortofin)
Fresh products logistics platforms
As one of the Group’s key platforms, which includes Ortoverde Società Agricola and Quadrifoglio Società Agricola, Ortofin supplies Iper La grande i stores with cured meats, cheeses, and dairy products. It also delivers fruit, vegetables, and fish to all Iper La grande i, Vera Ristorazione Group, and Unes stores, overseeing logistics as well as the entire procurement, selection, and supplier monitoring process for the Group’s restaurants.
Grocery logistics platforms
In contrast, the CEDI in Casirate serves all Iper la grande i stores with various grocery and non-food items, and extends its services to external clients, including international retail chains and upscale dining establishments. Serving all Iper la grande i stores, the CEDI in Cornaredo specializes in frozen merchandise.

Petrol stations
IperStation operates 11 petrol stations within Iper La grande i shopping centres, all of which are currently active.
Energy production
Together with the companies that own the former Fiat Alfa Romeo plant in Arese, the Group has acquired Eco Power S.p.A., which supplies electricity and other energy sources to building users in the area. The company now primarily supplies electrical energy, district heating and cooling, and both potable and industrial water to the entire former Alfa Romeo site, including the Il Centro shopping centre and an on-site industrial/logistics park. This company is a key strategic asset for ongoing development in Arese.
