Finiper Canova Group S.p.A announces Michela Riva as the new Head of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance.) Michela Riva, who has been with the Group as Head of Communication & Omni-channel Experience for the Iper La grande i brand, has been given a new and prominent role that reflects the company's commitment to greater sustainability and social responsibility.

As the new Head of ESG, Michela Riva will report directly to Christophe Mosca, General Manager of Finiper Canova Group S.p.A. Specifically, Michela Riva will lead the Group's sustainability and social responsibility efforts in close collaboration with all business units. She will also be responsible for promoting and embedding ESG culture across the Group and its businesses, and for monitoring the progress of social and environmental commitments.

Drawing on many years of experience in marketing, digital and communication, and having managed the Iper La grande i brand's communication and omni-channel experience strategies, Michela Riva is set to undertake a new and significant professional challenge with the backing of the Finiper Canova Group.
